It is a question, nonetheless.

It's not a question, since it doesn't end in a question mark. And it's not a statement either because it's actually a command. The key word in the sentence is "Find" which is telling you to do something (in this case find something) which makes it a command sentence.

EX:
Statement - Ends in a period. [This is the volume generated.]
Question - Ends in a question mark. [What is the volume generated?]
????? - Ends in an exclamation point [HOLY CRAP, this is the volume generated!] (Exclamatory sentence maybe?)
Command - Ends in a period and tells you to do something. [Find the volume generated.]
