How do I Type In Japanese In Cosmic Break?

I can type in Japanese fine in other programs, and I can see other people's Japanese fine, but when I try to do it in Cosmic Break I just get question marks. Is there some setting I need to mess with to be able to use Japanese?

You need to set your OS region setting to Japanese as well.

Well, obviously you need to have Japanese input installed and actually know how to use it, which requires some understanding of katakana + hiragana at the very least.

As for changing your language settings:

Control Panel -> Region and Language Options -> Advanced -> Select Japanese.

If you're on XP, remember that you have to install East Asian Language Pack first.
