What to do to get Support Ticket/Post a complain in Japanese sns (Cosmic Break)

Hello guys, since i think i will be the only one to not get Onigiri/Cosmic Break Jp collaboration reward, i choose to take the matter in my hands, so i will ask in both Onigiri and Cosmic Break japan to see if they can do something about it, besides the only thing i have to lose from this its my account

If you can't speak japanese or translate with a good translator then don't bother.

I aknowledge that i must use translator, i will even have to apologize if after the translation some words ends resembling an insult/obscene word (happened once when a player tried to speak with me), and thank you very much for your help
