Ark of Fate

Maybe i'm just slow but i didnt get the new boss at all x.x
It felt like a wrestling match, where the boss would decide who was in the ring, although was a lot of fun watching my friends die
Still he had me confused the whole time. Can someone explain to me what was going on? I think i'll just try 1 star next time xD

Final Form

This fox is pretty easy, imo.
Melee weapons deal crazy damage to this boss. I don't even need to switch from my seraph, cause she deals 200+ dmg in one shot with her internal melee weapon.
Which regel level were you trying to beat?

I was trying to solo beat fox, but got doomed when I realized I will need to somehow shoot down the wards which are OUTSIDE the ring. I ran out of time at the 8th fox (explosive).

This! This is where all those supposedly CRAPPY combination daggers people say crap about shine like hell. Say...someone with 40 STR using combination daggers? expect 700+ damage to pop up REGULARLY

My group beat him on 2 stars...but i still dun know what happened. I mean i didn't understand anything. Is there a group of demon foxes or a big one split in 8? What was up with the barriers forcing us to do 1v1s? What were those towers about when he spawned 50 shadow clones?


What's this about daggers? 700 damage you say?

Do people really say that about my combination daggers?

The forms I hated the most were his stabbing fox, breaker fox, doppel fox, trap fox and firefox forms.

That trap one and the bomb one really decide whether you're finishing it or not XD

If the person inside the barrier runs out of ammo at the trap fox, then everyone is screwed cuz he doesnt attack you directly. You can try to find all the fire traps but the damage is gradual and the traps change locations every 10 seconds x.x

The bomb one made us fail 3 stars tho... we got to it with 5 mins left and he starts nuking people outside the barrier. cluster time penalties over and over... it was horrible.

After seeing the drops from them I REALLY WANT TO RUN DEMONFOX D:

I was in a hurry to log off so i didn't get the stats. Oh yeah, he also drops Lazer Bayonettes, and Stardust cannons. If i talk to them tomorrow i'll find out and post it here, along with the video of the "9 tails" part :3

KouenUC, rather than stats I'm more interested in the other things rare weapons tend to have. Any crazy gimmicks on those things? xD

That video, my god, they've very nearly made a Touhou boss there. You really have to dance between the raindrops to get by some of those attacks.

Strangely enough, CB JP once held a short event where entering their site led you to an Izuna Kamui bullet hell minigame where some of the forms of Haku are the bosses. Finishing the minigame on Medium netted you a free, yet uncustomizable, Izuna Kamui.

Uh... just wondering... do you get Kamui's Staff in this quest?

I am a gigantic fan of bullet hell shooters and I approve this event.

I would totally play the hell out of it if they held it in the US version.

No you can get the Staff and Mask at 2 stars while the Sword is in 3 stars ;3 nc game earlier Hyoka XD

A mask too? You can pretty much loot everything of it once you knock it down huh?
