Lily Rain help?

I just bought a Lily today and well, I can't seem to damage anything ._. the most was probably 23 before i died D:

I'm following this guide here http://www.cosmicbreakfanforum.com/t2781-help-with-lily-rain and so far my lily has Laz LG and one Wing Plus AMJ with Micro and Handy Bazookas as weapons. She's level 1 now and I got the +capa so she could hold the weapons

I mostly just spam her psygun when I lock on to a lot of enemies but, yeah, the 23 damage really says a lot about how that's not working out ._.

Is there something I'm missing here? .__.

I wouldn't use the psyguns too much if were you.
Try moving burst while Alpha striking.
And then float dash when someone gets close.
Just don't use the psyguns too much.D=

SURVIVE,snipe stuff.

that's how you play.

Dual shields, wing AMJ, fly around with pesky psyguns blazing. They have some of the craziest homing of all missiles when you're in the targeting range.

use railgun and amateus AM 2
use psygun when u move and use burst to snipe enemies from good range

if u don't have that weapon , use dual handy zooka or mini zook if u don't have handy zooka
or shield + Sniping Weapon and get to sniping position

stick together to ur teammates so the enemy target ur teammates while u sniping the enemies

You'll want to change her parts, misside or accel AMs, ace braver BS, and some other LG.

Armor breaker for sniping, Psygun for melee. Try not to go too far away from the PS, and spam Hypershotted psygun when someone get close to the PS. Guaranteed effect.

Nilla's Lily is pretty much exactly how you should be playing Lily. I still personally say that moving burst isn't necessary since you can alpha strike during float dash anyway, but I guess at 10 cost I suppose it could be worth it.

It's a blast bazooka and a micro bazooka. No handies whatsoever, lol.

only difference now is that I use an eve ornament instead of a cute beret (and color if you count that)
