Sadly, I can only post the name of the attacks and abilities, as I've yet to see Ouka in action(and because she's a freaking Garapon bot). Sounds like a "100% chance of Limb Sever", type character. As for the mode change, it's probably a difference between travel and firepower OR maybe it allows for a support bit to be used. | |
