Xbox Controller?

Subject: Xbox Controller? Mon Mar 07, 2011 8:43 am

So I was messing around the Ground Area waiting for my team to get ready for quest. While I was waiting, I overhear some guy asking whether the game was Xbox Controller compatible. I think Mold or someone else replied that it was possible but one needs to map it out manually or something.

I'm going off to a I.T fair soon and might by a wireless detector or something to connect my controller to my computer.

But before I spend money unnecessarily, I need to ask whether the thing on the game being Xbox controller compatible is true.

So please TELL MEH.

as long as you have USB port in your PC and your XBOX controller is USB, you're good to go...

Yes, you can use an Xbox 360 controller in CosmicBreak. Why wouldn't you be able to?

I'm using a xBOX 360 controller right now and it works admirably, I only feel disadvantaged at sniping.

The trick is the Shoulder buttons work as a Z axis instead of buttons, limiting the options a little. I use my shoulder buttons to turn the camera due to this.

You may have to click the 'swap x and z axis' on ingame options to achieve this.

hmm can you use a mouse and controller at the same time like lets say im useing maxis use the mouse and keyboard and soon as I die if I die switch to a melee bot and use the controller

I know this question is kinda dumb but I never used a controller on my pc

Nah its fine, i actually tried and it doesn't work. When the game detects your gamepad it disables the keyboard controls.

It only lets you use either the joypad or the mouse. not both T_T
