Problem is, you will run out of ammo... fast

The First build wont work, with 0 str a wonder bit will only be active for a few seconds.

2nd one looks good to me.

Bugsy has six capa carts, right? Since you're building him as a hopper, you could take the last capa cart in place of boost run instead (not necessarily suggesting that you do, but boost run doesn't seem completely necessary to me).
