can't login

hello

i'm new to Cosmic Break, and i really wanna play because it looks so fun
but when i start the game and press login after entering my password the button flashed and nothing happened. I waited and still nothing happens

can' any body solve this? i even tried uninstalling and opening ports but it doesn't seem to help

try logging in and launching from the website itself.
i do it all the time because im lazy to type in my pw :3
