hi there

for some reason when I type my ID and my Pass it say " User ID or Password is incorrect "
so I tried to change my pass but I got the same error - even though I can login successfully in the official website -
so can I fix this ?

If your password has special characters (such as colons or exclamation marks, etc.), while you are able log in to the website, the game is unable to recognize special characters (it won't input at all). Try making a password that's alphanumeric only.

If not, I suggest trying to create a new account and seeing if it works. If it does, it may be a problem specific to that account, and I suggest contacting a GM via Contact Us on the site or having a trusted player ask a GM about it during GM radio.
