And yeah,it's a Chinese browser and I live in Hong Kong.

Doesn't work for me. The end result is that I get NO offers at all with the shield on. With it off, I get 2 or 3 pages.

Im wondering now if it's about the version.I've been having problems updating so I didn't,somehow I can't find the previous install shield on my comp.....Would update if i could.

Well I actually use [removed] and get a proxy ip, but finding a proxy that work is slow and painful... Anyone have good ideas to share?

However, I'm pretty reluctant of using the program that you recommended, as I did some snooping beforehand about the program and found this.

Summary: I found it very useful and was willing to put up with ads which can be clicked off. It's the only free service that worked with Hulu from Canada - UltraSurf does not. However, this last version triggered an AdAware highest level alert for a keystroke logger trojan. Uninstalling was impossible because Add/Remove and Revo found it always "in use" so I had to log in Safe Mode as Administrator to erase the folder. I hope Anchor Free reads this and fixes the trojan problem as I would like to go back to it.


Cons: Blocks EVERY website with a frame linked to RSS2Search. Clicking on any link and any page loads this frame, making it impossible to use the browser.


Cons: This program put a pornographic banner ad at the top of my screen, I was sitting with my little daughter on my lap and looking at sesame street torrents and all of the sudden I have porn at the top of my page. Unacceptable.

Cons: UInless you search late at night, the connection speed is very slow during the day. and as, noted in the reviews, the connection will drop without notice.

As others have stated, this product 1.12 and 1.13 has a trojan horse.
I contacted Hotspot shield almost 2 weeks ago and have not received a reply. On their website AnchorFree is promoting Hotspot Shield 1.10, but when one downloads it shows up as 1.13. AVOID THIS PRODUCT! Remember the Conficker virus attacks Networks!!

There may be a risk,I didn't say I'm recommending anyone to use this VPN.

All I can tell you is,I'm using it to play games with IP bans and my comp is not dead yet.This is the best VPN i can find that is free of charge.Like the old saying,There is no free lunch.The ads are very annoying referring to the discussion thread on the other forum u post, and spywares may exist, who knows?Servers with the best protection can also be hacked, and we're just using wired/wireless connections.

There's a risk in this thing, are you willing to take it?Your choice.

B4 this is deleted I'd like to say that I don want to use this too.I want to buy Rt with cash,but sadly I couldn't.I don't even have a bank account.
So I can't bear to lose every opportunity to get free Rt...Sigh, if only there is an alternative, I'll gladly delete this from my pc.
