It's two freaking gatling bazookas.

I would like to clarify the following:

スザク: Suzaku
スゼク: Suzeku

The picture shows Suzeku, not Suzaku.
It's an easy error to make, though. I've done it a few times.

Or are they some what like teleport bits?

They stay there until the WB gauge decreases.

That's what I assume. They function like WBs, but instead of a bit following you around, you're a flaming phoenix/whatever.
