Softlock during loading screen

This does not refer to the game crashing from client buildup. This is an issue where (starting from the nyan moe update) you get stuck on a black screen while attempting to load what I assume is either the raph image loading screen or the cat girl one (these two work fine when booting the game, but if the game tries to load them again it softlocks Im assuming because of how poorly compressed and large they are).



Only happens when attempting to load those screens, I know this because they usually stutter for me, and every other loading screen works 100% fine. I need to know if there's a fix or if this is an issue other people have and we cant fix.


Also while in the black loading screen, you can move the cursor freely, the game isn't frozen, it's just stuck.

i don't have this issue. this is happening to you in non crowded areas too?

yes, it can happen after doing a mission and returning to an empty central area. the game keep me in the previously loaded area with a black loading screen.
