They are trying to figure out whether these problem is just individual, or character/bot related or special parts/hd acc. etc. They are asking to fill up those info while reporting the bug.
They started working on this and the matrix one last week, probably couldn't figured it out properly.
According to them this bug came to the game after some september 2015 update.
