Aeolius build for dummy?

I'm not sure about what to get with my 6th DX coin and I plan to get Aeolius. Is this build enough to survive?

No str+fly accessory and out of harmonics builld:

I have left room for accele roll but is it mandatory for him? I don't have a good supply of it.

you should always get accel roll for air melee is just a must

Aeolius is solid as hell- his beam blast railguns hit like fucking trucks and charge decently quick. If you're a good shot, you can score game warrior in damage pretty effortlessly. Alternating between his railguns and his core spreadshot is really a matter of feel though- I personally rely on it to take down large targets like barriers, and also to carpet bomb a cluster of people.

I lost my build, but you'd want something like:
40 STR/FLY, 1 WLK 1 TEC
Beam Guard/Fast Recovery/Broad Radar
Clearance/CVeil

Only takes two high capacities, too- lot better than 2x gcapa! xdd

By the way, is there any other interesting option that I can spend my DX/6th DX coin on?

Actually I don't have most of the stuffs in the shop but I want a cool mecha (I'm a gundam fan) but I don't know what's good.

Are capa tunes needed on Aeolius anyways? I tend to shy away from these tunes because I don't want to be fat.

Capa tunes aren't necessary unless you're grabbing expensive carts and tunes.

I have that one High Capa just to fit a single CV. If I didn't take CV this build wouldn't have needed the High Capa.

I think 2 CVs are too much? I'm thinking about just getting Crimson Crusader and skip CV. Also, I'd like to leave some room for accele roll

For revenge and melee status tunes two is the right amount. Crimson Crusader isn't good on Aeolius because you will rarely be fighting other melees.
Instead take Sky Gladiator to increase the reach of your melee or Single Shooter to power up his entire toolkit. Yes, even the swords get a damage boost.

So both Lux can work with this.
Or any core with ranged main weapon works.

Hold your horses people, Jesus Fucking Christ. I haven't 100% confirmed this, but it seems to apply to melees that do damage other than melee damage.
From my limited testing, I've seen that Aeolius AM gets the full 20% boost, but Lino gets only 1 extra damage on her dagger and kick, which both deal beam damage.

It's probably got to be tec based stuff only
not if they're a main or sub
since it doesn't work on magrethe's flail despite it being a main
it still counts as melee damage
in the case of ayolos and manimo they're melee but beam is counted as tec based I guess
idk what happens with lino but shell melee is probably counted as just melee and it might not work

It's only on things that aren't melee damage. Sekka works fine with Single Shooter so being tec based doesn't change it

Lino isn't shell anymore.

Did a bit of testing with Single Shooter and air melee.

Mirage Raid AM@ - Not affected
Assault Beam Lance - Not affected
Crim Edge- Affected
Adone LG - Not affected
Transonic AM - Affected
End Galatine- Affected
