Chrotacs Build

I just got this guy today from Delight Gara, and from what I've found, he's like Vanguard, but with a Very Accurate Gun instead of a Sword. Like Vanguard Marksman in a way.

I decided to design a build now. Tell me what you think. Got to 40TEC 32WLK, although unfortunately no Revenge Tunes. I also sorta did something about the Ammo Problems of the gun.
Also, recently I just got two successful EX Tune on the AC parts, a good start, as well as the Force Tune on the weapon too!

EDIT: Dig this, I just got Chrotacs again in Cosmic League! Isn't that something, on the same day, I get a Chrotacs in both games!
