I did this all on paper so no fancy CosmicCalc. I didn't calculate HP, and some of the tunes I mention are actually EX tunes, but I can't be bothered labelling them because I'm a lazy fuck. Prepare for some Maths.

Base cost/capa with all 5 capa carts and all the default equipment = 1140/1375.

Pretuned parts. (The stuff I have)
-Handy Magnum Mod with H.Tech Alpha, H.Tech Alpha. Tech tunes = 40 cost, +5TEC
- 10 cost +1TEC handheld with H.Tech Alpha, H.Tech Alpha. Tech tunes = 35 cost, +5TEC + 1WLK
- +1/+1 accessories both with High Boost Beta. 10cost 2TEC, 6FLY
- Chloe BS with 3x H.Tech Beta, 50cost, +9TEC

After equipping pretuned parts

38TEC, 13WLK, 22FLY. 1235/1375.

Tunes to be performed. (There are only 9 slots available that come with Colleti)
- H.Tech.Alpha x1, H.Fly.Beta x8 -> 40TEC, 5WLK, 38FLY, 1285/1375. (5/38 Float Dash Breakpoint)

Moving Bust + Float Dash + Quick Boost + Broad Radar = 10 + 20 + 20 + 40 = 90 -> 1375/1375

One question -> Do you need Accele Roll if you get Float Dash? Already answered

Rationale behind decisions
- 40TEC or GTFO.
- 5WLK/38FLY because Colleti has a decent amount of WLK and can reach 38FLY while maintaining 5WLK for Float Dash. Plus I don't want to use Accele Roll tickets, they're hard to come by.
- Moving Burst - 10 cost to make her Burst damage attacks easier to aim and reposition. Cheap, worth it.
- Broad Radar - Makes positioning easy. Must get, no excuses.
- No USB usage - Because there are better things to spend your DX coins on.

Options to consider.

- Exchanging Quick Boost for Blast Guard.
- Dropping some TEC for Fast Recovery.

I guess I'll ask the obvious question:
Why are you doing this on paper?

It'd be a lot easier to make an effective build with Cosmiccalc, and the formatting makes it a lot easier to look for inefficient tunes and just generally review.

I don't think it'd kill to wait until he does, but in any even I'd honestly recommend increasing your FLY. 40 TEC is nice for increasing your damage, but you don't deal any damage when you're dead because you can't outrun anything.

He already mentioned 38 Fly. Pretty sure that's already the final Fly breakpoint.

here's my thoughts on her so far:

The AoE cannon is bad. The charge time makes it not very useful to use outside of alpha. You can remove it but it also means dropping your subweapon, which is pretty decent.

The cluster missiles are good. They have a noticable charge time which means you can't really use them on reaction, but they are a good offensive tool, you just need to start charging before you get into range to fire otherwise you'll probably just get shot at.

I don't like the rifle. With the way the missiles(the other reliable weapon) works, I want a weapon that works well up-close and a 3 shot rifle with a short CD isn't what I'd ideally pick for that purpose.

Anything close I shoot with the bazooka. Anything at medium distance I shoot with the cluster missiles. Without a long range handheld I can't overrange an alphastrike so I lose long range capability but it's not that good without the AoE, and probably not that good overall because of how the cluster missiles work. They are good at hitting things running away that think they are out of range but their actual tracking compared to projectile speed isn't that amazing at hitting at a distance. I can chase with either bazooka or missiles depending on the distance to the target, and if I am chasing with missiles I can alpha to get a reset and burst damage. Might zook is also a pretty reliable weapon for shooting lands and other artillery with due to it's damage distribution.

I'm currently using a gforce tuned might zook from another build but it might be better to tune one differently for this build. Maybe a bit more range and speed? I'm not really sure, I want more time(and resources) to experiment with different builds which is why I can't offer any advice, only analysis of options.


That being said, I think for a long range build, a single tuned aqua parasol wouldn't be that bad, but you lose any close-range combat abilities aside from you alpha strike, which you can only do once. Due to her capa(and the way tgh reduction works), one tuned parasol will likely be more effective than double parasol.


The most important thing to remember when making a build is that because of the core tune, you will not be alphastriking all the time so making a build around alphastriking(ie, 2 main weapons in her hands) doesn't seem that effective.
