Oh, thats why I usually hit stuff more often with long range buff. And I see myself derping around lel.

so i changed the controller parts and got some umbrella items, what are they for? i was checking the update and couldnt find anything regarding them, unless i missed something

Apparently the normal umbrella are just there to keep track on how many controler parts you tured in so far and the prototype one will be used to get one of the weather girls.

At least that's what I've been told. I so need to know what type the girls are O.O

Suguri did test and stated that LR gave both range and speed.

Isn't long range basically 2x H.shooters

Not sure about the exact values, it's been a long time since I last heard about them.

It wouldn't surprise me if the speed increase was the same percentage as the range increase. That's not hard to test actually.

Grab a weapon that has the same range and speed, and shoot at a bot at the maximum lock on distance (the actual lock on distance, don't back pedal to use the lock on delay because that's overranging), count the time that the bullet takes to hit the bot and it should take 1 second to hit that bot.
Then use LR and do that again but with the new lock on range. If the bullet still takes 1 second to hit the target even with LR, the speed increase is the same as the range increase, if it takes more it's a lower increase, if it takes less it's a higher increase.

Well, this is based on old information that speed is range per second, and since I never heard people testing that in more current days, I dunno if that is still true (you never know when something changes, intentionally or not).

The umbrella will be removed on the 25th.
Next week update is the "phase 1" of the RT campaign begins for EN. No Minaria or Asphe release.
The week update after that is 25th.

There is no time for us to give the umbrella to Minaria or Asphe.

It may make sense for JP schedule as they can add Minaria and Asphe this week, but for EN schedule it doesn't work.

Inb4 they're not removed and CS was just too dumb to tranlate properly~

something i noticed, lilu's shield and meld ex laz shield aren't working correctly (can't see the shield, tried on corona since she has a similar one and it works fine)

Maybe it is an issue with the graphics setting? CS's way of handling these are very unusual (to say the lest).

The shield is there (as in, it works), but it's been weeks (if not over a month) ever since the graphics from the shield have been gone.

oh ok, since i couldn't see it i thought it may not be working
