The only medal that has a date limitation is the GW 2015 one.

By actual CB standards it is a pretty mediocre/generic robot.

Actual CB standards being everyone using the same 10~12 robots with broken abilities.

There is no point in use a robot that has 0 chances of doing something against an army that consist of 3 ivis, 3 eris, 1 kal valentine, 2 homuras, 2 pinas and 2 healers.

The core is actually top tier land gunner.

The arms can be combined with other cores to make a land alpha striker that pumps out insane dps while debuffing.

But alpha striking lands are an odd role and a mecha requires effort to build so

I rarely encounter that core in arena. What debuff does it do anyway?

It makes it a mecha Nora.

Because it's Luccha Decco BD2, not the original.

Original is still completely meta relevant these days because his shield bits are meant for defense against shots.
