you can also switch to slotted AC to get another slot and make it even better.
turning tunes into ex tunes goes even further.

Saya only has 1 weapon to tune, and can use 2 handhelds, so she gets more slots.
Himari has 2 weapons to tune, and can only have 1 handheld, so has a lot less slots to work with.
If you don't want to buy any extra slots for them, saya is the better choice.

Which tunes did you use?

I know those are not EX tunes because her HP is 390.

I tried with high but cannot replicate those stats and that 1275/1290 cost with lv 10. Also, with 1 slot being a weapon upgrade (the red one).

If you could provide link to that build that would be very helpful.

Lol no one mentioning Himaris Slowturn Spamm capabilities.

Ya that is why I did choose Himari.

Once an enemy is affected by antiradar, the lighting gun inflicts slowturn on that enemy too.

Getting Long Moving Burst: Forever slowturn on enemies.

Its just her Lighting Gun ammo is so low =w=

i just put a second handheld on the build you linked and took away as many great tunes as I could to free up capacity.

Going back to the post between himari and saya...i think saya stealth should make her invisible for everyone.

There are robots who can do that.

Her stealth is pretty silly if the enemy can still see her and hit her.

But Saya is only visible to her teammates.
If you're getting hit in Stealth, that means you were either locked onto before you activated Stealth, someone has really good aim, or you have a buff that takes priority over Stealth Mode's buffs.

himari missiles with x1 grapid against 18wlk LND unit.

since I got both let me give a rundown of them

Himari:
+ gets a lot of jammer points
+ WB works at -str
+ buster weapon has good stats(base speed and range above average)
+ nuke does hella damage
- buster weapon has shitty ammo considering how much you use it
- missiles work really strange and never hit fully, usually only 1-2 hits, often none hit
- nuke only works on lands, generally misses moving targets, only viable against healgroups/melee
- has 2 weapons to tune, only gets 1 handheld(few slots)
- buster weapon is attachment part(have to use protectors to tune it)

Saya:
+ Stealth useful in a lot of ways
+ Bowgun very good, less force than himari buster but fires faster and gives back boost. Doesn't have as much speed so needs more tunes.
+ subweapon missiles can lock on to 2 things at once, actually hit stationary/slow moving targets(unlike himari's missiles)
+ WB actually does damage
+ only has 1 weapon to tune, can have 2 handhelds, can junk to reset weapon slots
+ missiles can pierce barriers
- bowgun has low ammo by todays standards
- stealth hella glitchy
- nuke hella glitchy
- missiles don't hit fast moving targets
- stealth HELLA glitchy
- lacks reboost, only has boost regain on her weapon(NOT boost steal)
- bits don't work at -str

for the modern arena I think that saya may be more effective since she has more damage, but as I've said multiple times neither are overly impressive. I don't think this is intentional and I would not be surprised to see buffs in their future.

saya missiles track better the higher you are, I'm pretty sure
himari missiles seem to just fuck around no matter what you do. they feel actually randomized.

i chose himari because her lightning gun can do slow turn + radar jamming.
about that messy ECM missiles still can hit in middle ranges, that is fine but still i demand a buff.

for saya she need buff too.

The way Saya shoots her missiles, as stated before, forces you to shoot in a specific way otherwise they will completely miss. That's my only gripe with her.
