Btw I think Himari is better to get jammer points but Saya is a stealthy flat chest girl, which is OP.

Himari Is Good For Jam Score Easy (Less On The Dmg Side)

Saya is Good for Sneak Attack DMG Sub Wpn Spam (More on the dmg side)

Himari is your go to Jammer and Saya is your go to Dmg Dealer

they both underperform by today's standards
Saya has better damage, but lacks a reboost and has to rely on boost steal weapon.
Himari has propellant reboosts but has bad damage. She can farm a large amount of jammer points if you like having high scores.
