Yeah. Even though it requires you to hit things a certain amount of times you are more likely to proc the shield melt than a tune melt.

What's the point of dual slayer bit with -tec? Is it a placeholder for up to 10capa bits or something?

You should never remove fast recovery.

I have melees with fast recovery and melees without fast recovery, and I just think
that it's an overrated cart, but it's just me...

sword drive extends HP via life taker and provides a poor man's clearance tune with that one skill which's name I forgot (together with FR you're mighty fine, just don't attack shock uers l0l).
