yeah you're going to take off 3 grap and put in 6 hi power in the 3 open slots you get.

you only get the cost for 2 hi power, not 6.
so basically you can't get 30 str no matter what.

you can get 2 more slots by equipping 0 cost amjs
that would make 5 high power
and 5 high power would make 10 str stat so its 30 str

the only build posted here with 3x great grappler already has 40 str.

there's 20/20 builds with 2x great grappler and a 20/20 build(which you quoted) that has 3x grappler.
there is no 20str build with 3x great grappler.

just to clarify, i dont wanna butt in but, removing 3 graps(ggraps whatever) gives you 3 slots, now you have 3/6 your hpower tunes, + using 2 o cost 1 slot amjs, you are now using 5/6 hpower tunes. am i missing something here? how do you want to put 6 of them when you dont even have enough slots for them.

Dude, OP obviously wanna tune her while keeping the aesthetic value of the bot, hence no BS and other handhelds, as well as AMJs.

Btw you do realized that HPower has 15 cost whilst grappler only has 10 cost. If you're talking about High Power Alpha that'll -1 TEC, which is nope, cuz OP wanna use the gun.

Plus if you raise the base force with Grappler tune, even at 20 STR = 43.4 will raise it to 20 STR = 48.36, which is just the same as having extra 5x Power tunes (3 on Kaltos, another 2 on 0 cost AMJs), resulting in 25 STR = 47.6.

% success-wise, of course having AMJs will make tuning easier. But OP don't want to use it, hence the 20 STR with 3 Grappler tunes owob

The truth is, she is not a melee, she is just an hybrid gunner
with an weak and outdated main weapon + some outdated
utility tools, that is why she is bad. Also, I guess Winty already
said why these Kaltos am combos aren't good...
