Gonna make a hybrid/tec inclined Elcott with dual ELC guns, but I'm short on capa so will have to drop Broad Radar for something else. Fast Recovery, Quick Jump or Tough Runner (heard it applies to hopping?)? She's with 6x capa, short boost, quick land and moving burst.

You never needed Broad Radar to begin with, pick Fast Recovery, and also,
1x tuned ELC gun > 2x untuned ELC guns...

I think Broad Radar is always a nice thing to have. Unless you don't like holding Tab. About dual ELC guns: looks stylish. That and I don't feel like tuning her weapons anyway. Maybe 1x force.

Broad Radar is very fat. Especially on LNDs. Have fun sacrificing 50 cost.

LND melees are who most benefit from Broad Radar IMO, but it's still completely dispensable...
