Don't listen to the above guy. Just go to the Junkyard Crim near the cosmos pot, trade in around 400 points worth of stuff, then exchange for tune material.

You can get the Hidora/Hydra and the Fudara cosmos there. (You get the Fudara back after you finish the episode...I think. Or the Hidora, I didn't look. You get some stuff back.)
