midoro cosmos

sorry for another nooblike question. where can i farm midoro cosmos? all i got seems to come from rank ups and suchs. if by any chance its in arcantus, any clue on which particular monster drops it? thanks in advance

ah damn so i need to spend rt after all XD

and all the midoro tune ups i did failed too (3 times) god must really hate me XD

true, but that's the only thing worth it. :/

Haku 3* drops midoro, threede, yogura and fourda cosmos, among many other tune-up materials, so yes farming him for them is an option. You'll generally only get 1 of one type of those on occasion, though sometimes you'll get 2 of one kind, or 1 of two different kinds (i.e. 2 midoro, or 1 fourda and 1 midoro). Not best to expect one of these tuning materials on a successful run though.

hey fullthrottle.. you once said that retake the guardian quest for proto cosmos right? and others tell me to do arcantus quest.. so what it really is? a reqard for completing the arcantus quest or just farming in the mobs in the fields? I just don't quite get it.

Proto Cosmos only come from Rank-up rewards, or repeating "The Three Heros" second quest/mission line (whatever its called). Reaching the end of Arcantus yields no special reward, and no monster anywhere on Arcantus or the battle planet drops Proto Cosmos to my knowledge.

I've manage to do the first quest and the 2nd quest appears. the one that need to tune a part using a proto cosmos but it didn't give another proto cosmos and when I manage to succesfully tune one the quest is still incomplete..

Edit: I used the my last proto cosmos but when I look at it there is still another one. but the tuning for wlk "proto run" is gone. >.< how will it go back? there's another slot for my part and I want to put another proto run in it.

you need to tune for proto life, not the other proto tunes, for the quest to finish.

you need to tune for proto life, not the other proto tunes, for the quest to finish.

hmm.. I've manage to tune it for proto life and after that? there's no award or anything of proto cosmos
so do I need to take the quest again for another proto cosmos for a chance to upgrade a proto run or it will always be assigned for proto life only? confused
