Handa Cosmos?

Hey guys, I'd like to put a clearance tune on my Lazflamme, but I really don't know how to get hold of a Handa cosmos... (let's face it, the non-handa version can frankly jog on)
Can someone please advise me on how to get hold of one of these? A google search has provided me with nothing...

You dont need a handa cosmos to tune clearance, but it'll save on a lot of materials.
Handa cosmos can only be gained in gara as a blue ball so wish for blue balls? (Even though they're like, super easy to get?)

oh man, sod that :/ I'm don't wanna waste my gara rolls on blues >.<
and I really don't feel like using all the mats needed for the non-handa version...
I think I'll just use this last slot for another high tech beta... >.<

or you could wait until theres another gara with stuff that you want AND has handa cosmos in it.
That way, if you get something, you'll always be a winner.

It's going to take a really long time to farm enough materials from Bastagant boss runs just to be able to do one Revenge tune. D:
