Because CS still call it a feature.
Can either be built-in or BS@. They have important role in some alpha builds in order to remove the long cd of some weapons (flap AM, ilgryps AM, armada AM, roar AM...) and apply its cd instead (i think so). How to make it work: this bs part should not be attached directly to the BD, but to LG part with BS slot (laz LG, patty LG...), free slot of BD@ (stella BD@)...Kata B.G's BD@ works in the same way thus kataflap was born, I remember Kobra once used asura AMJ with a beam gun for the same thing. Some common BS which are used: - Basca: insane pewpew speed in aura, you even have a tackle for getting away. Can be seen in Winty's bascarmada build. - Recipro: good looking, good cost, good range and force though cd can't be compared to aura basca. I use it on my guinea stella, cd is still noticeable. - Hygerkun: the BS alone is great with a sub that inflict trouble booster, just list here as an option. - K-nana: Fat cost, in exchange for a low cd weapon (same as aura basca) and a stundrop nuke. - Rayminous: Cheap, beautiful and effective. No need to use these weapons for lock-on, cd will still be the same.

Update: Magically, Diera LG with LG@2 attached works too even though the weapons are disable. Update 2: Here is the setup for asura AMJ/lupette AMJ: http://puu.sh/bvLlF.png Tier AMJ will serve as low cd weapon (340 int haha), or any weapon in that handmag's place will do including itself. Somewhat cheaper and more choice of weapons (a flower gun will do).

basca flaps are a lot more fun than the usual pacifar flap, though you suffer low TGH. there's a guy with a gcapa 2x cv build that has a seiron HD tacked on as well, ridiculous damage from that build.
Kobrakai and I talked about CD glitching roar arms back in spring, and his opinion was that the tgh reduction kicks in too hard to make it really worth doing.
