1. You don't need quad k-shield, dual k-shield + hop is good enough, also may wish to consider saving up a bit and get the rt part shop 2s version
2. Dual slayer, because why not.
3. Double EIW, no point going half way.
4. Swap out the parts, I wouldn't recommend his default LG/BS. Try Thoarla LG/Accel BS.
5. I wouldn't personally stick a Heavy Jag HD on him, but hey, if you feel like adding a bit of a gimmick on him, feel free, otherwise if you feel like utilizing his full gat potential, stick to his default head.
6. You need some form of mobility cart, taking short boost + quick land is highly recommended.
7. If you rather be focusing on some mixed bag gimmick build, rather use CK1 core.

I don't use cart step BSs so I can't comment, never felt like they worth the cost/loss of stats.

Not for CKAC, he has more than enough ammo. I don't really recommend it for any LND hoppers since they can't really afford to waste any stat efficiency on ability to farm, besides, there are Stun Supply now.

Now seriously and from my experience:

Grab boost run and put a shitload of wlk (far more than 32) on it. Kaiser suffers vs a lot of melee bots even with short boost because he's huge and sprinting will let you kite them to death. 2 internals because that's all you're gonna use. Instead of short boost+ql you could use one of the 30 cost assault steps on sale so you can deal with a lot of jumps. the antiburning cat is surprisingly useful on him due to the kshields but it's not a must. save 15 capa for antihoming (very important). skip tec because the bonus dmg you get is pathetic and raise the hp instead.

Sword Guard>>Blast>>>>>Shell in case you want to use them

Then put eco boost run, the extra speed while burning, and stun supply (only if you really want him to last).

Actually dual spikes are pretty damn good on gunners that don't have any sort of built in countermeasure against melee. Stuff like Nemlim Mellow, Luto Sekka, or gunner EX Laz don't really need dual spike bits, but I can definitely see a CKAC benefiting from it

They are good, but not as great as one would want these days. Too much invincibility nonsense on nowaday melees, it's no longer "switch on and laugh at shitheads that try to leg hump you", they go right through dual spike with no fucks given.

Dual Slayer are great stunners, generally if you catch someone with it without their entire team as backup, they can consider themselves dead.

Last I checked you couldn't use those on L-size bots

no? then go with a lone short boost for when it needs to climb or jump over something.

don't pick radar unless you have the spare level and capa.

I'd drop Broad Radar for Short Boost so you can scale ledges and leap over obstacles, this is especially important when you are running dual K-Shield build, which locks your ability to fly.

That sounds nice and all, but I'm trying to keep this build as buildable as possible from UC or shop parts. 3-slot Accel Saber BS is easy enough to get, but the 3-slot other parts are a bit harder. If the others were easier to get, I'd do it.
