Okay there's so much wrong with this
-Why are you putting Pump Bazooka on something with only 2 str? Those are some tiny-ass oranges. 20 str gives you nice, plump, juicy tangelos that are a lot harder to miss enemies with
-High Run Beta? Why are you tuning away tec on a tec-based attacker?
-You can't tune Anko's hood. No 1s version has been released.
-Breaker? I don't get why you'd do that
-You don't NEED the DNG cannon. If you want to use it, fine, but it's best to just bring one handheld in this situation. Drop either it or the pump baz (which is, like I mentioned before, useless if you're only gonna have 2 str)
-You don't always have to use default parts. Anko's arms can be swapped out, if they need to. Same for the accessories, if you don't feel they give the right stats.
-Regular Rapid tunes aren't all too good compared to Great Rapid Alpha/Beta (you lose some range/ammo depending on which you choose, but if you go for g.rapid beta and do the Stun Supply core tune, it basically nullifies the ammo loss)
-This is a bit more optional: ARTs don't benefit as much from wlk as a LND would. Fly, on the other hand, is universal (it benefits ARTs and AIRs equally). For this reason, a lot of people aim for fly on most arts
I know not all of this advice is going to be entirely accurate/helpful, so you should probably get a second opinion. Regardless of whether this advice helps or not, there's still major flaws in this build
