Stun Supply does not trigger under CV, I guess when they patched the Stun Regain, they actually did it properly by removing the stun trigger completely.

Melee Stun, ie. 100% chance soft stun that comes with every melee attack, does not trigger Stun Regain or Stun Supply on its own. However, if the attack carries enough damage or inherent stun property, it can trigger normal Stun and in turn trigger Stun Regain or Stun Supply. Cactus is carried by its inherent max stun rate.

Bounce/Juggle/GV Stun does not trigger Stun Regain or Stun Supply.
