I took your build and did some changes.

Spoiler:

Jikun BS was replaced by Frog Lander BS. This frees up some capacity for tunes.
Accessories were replaced with some common and cheap slotted accessories. Silver Headphones and Recording Cam. Both are slotted with +1 wlk. Silver Headphones has capa+5.

With this, you'll reach 40 STR, but will be taken down to 8 TGH.

I don't know how stat tunes work on single hit attacks. You can replace that with another Great Grappler to achieve maximum damage potential.

This is my personal build for comparison if you want to change yours up a bit.

This build is meant for hit in run within enemy lines.
Your build seems to be more along the lines of attacking distracted enemies from the side.

I don't take short boost because jump dashing is my fake short boost.
I took Absorb bump because I hate getting ping ponged by everybody.
I took boost run because gotta go fast (to get in and get out asap).

i tried boost run and sway but i have to stop and wait for my boost and im usually running longer than 10 seconds from enemies so i dropped it.Thats my build for now.
