| use a booster.
you're missing out on what are basically free stats and HP by not taking a booster.
i suggest taking less tech and instead getting mobility - a minimum of 28, possibly 30.
You can go for sway + blast guard to live longer if you know how to use sway. | |

I made a 34 tec 30 wlk School Crim with about the same hp as yours, without a capa tune (I'm using a handy baz though) | |

| No, not every build requires 40 tec or 40 str.
Tune for at least 28 or 30 wlk, like winty said.
Then decide from there. | |

| I would suggest only 1 EIW. 1 is enough to allows her circle to be restored with shell supply items, so you can use that extra 30 capa for something else like a guard or mobility cart, or just cap her at level 9 for tunes.
Then again, more heals is always nice. | |

| i think you have some misclicks there. [tech alpha] tunes are worthless, just use tech tunes.
don't use [high tank] tune. use normal tank tunes instead.
don't use great tunes, they aren't worth it. You have a lot of +1 tunes that you can change to high alpha tunes instead of using a great tune. | |
