| CV and ggrap are no.
Luto is assassin stun-lock type of melee. You want to single out lone targets and stun them to death.
You want to prioritize mobility so that you can catch targets. Tune 1x hglad(or 2x glad) to make it easier to stunlock targets. Get 36wlk, or orange/red tier boostrun if that's your thing. Other melee you can bait out with your counter, then stunlock and kill.
also quick land is useless if you are using sway since there is very little point in you being in the air, so it's a wasted cart. | |

you don't need 2x hglad, only 1x. Get more walk instead. | |

(change one of the +1 tune for more hp?)
