Because of this she can't actually duel other stunlock based melee bots, as her counter has a longer cooldown than the duration of her shock, so she can shock them, do two full melee combos, then she has to run since they can hit her and her counter isn't off cooldown. However, against other repeated stun types, she is strong since she can counter them repeatedly and just dodge when her counter is on cooldown. She's strong against arts and lands since it's really hard to run from her due to her travel distance(not shown in the video as she didn't have any melee tunes at that point in time) and vertical range. She can shut down melees in her team by using her shock shield to shock them even if they aren't hitting her, which old luto can't do. Old luto is combo based but her counter isn't as good, she'll do better in 1v1 against other melees. | |

| new luto main weapon is pretty poverty compared to the actual projectile shields they gave the other new melees, since it's basically just a single direction of coverage instead of "everything in this 120+ degree arc in front of me." The old "fuck you faggot air" weapon is PROBABLY better, but RS can hit low-flying airs pretty easily with the air tracking on the first hit. | |
