With Chloe and Lumiera, CS hardcounters their weapons by making them have so little assist, that to hit fast airs you need to over compensate the aiming so much, that sometimes you end up losing the lock on them.

And then the assist still kicks in only to make you miss. I can't begin to count the amount of times that it ends up missing because the enemy tapped a direction key and walked a pixel, or someone hard stunned them making them move a little bit, and the assist makes the bullet miss by a mile.

To hit lordloli's Eve last night with Lumiera, I had to compensate so much that he wasn't on my screen anymore. But at least I got to burn his HP enough to make him stay away from the PS for the rest of the match.

thing is, what you normally do is attempt tunes, perhaps fail a bunch of times and when you get the tune, you stop.

fact: the more tunes you do the closer it will get to the advertised percentage. if you tune 10 times it's possible and probable to fail all of them. if you try 1000 it's possible but highly improbable to fail all of them.

if you tune a whole bunch even after you succeed, you'll see that the percentage really is what is advertised.

take force tunes. 40% or 2/5. if you tune 10 times you can faill all of them. if you tune 20 you can get all of them. the more you tune, the more it will prove itself as 40%.

a test pool of 10-20 tunes isn't enough

I think people would be much less bothered by tuning pot if the mats weren't consumed if you fail the tune or if there were no need for slot protection. 

As it is, we all hope tunes succeed on the first attempt. Sometimes, as Winty said, we get lucky. Sometimes we dislike pot-san.

i'm not saying what I did is proof. I'm just saying that people who fail 6 tunes in a row and say "wow it's rigged" are being silly and letting bad luck get to them.

on every tune i made ever.

Tuning success for me, its like one people given one choice, one time only, to open 1 door from 100 doors. Success rate determine how many door that can be opened.

Tuning with more parts eg: 10 parts, just mean you got 10 chances, one try per chance, to open those doors but it will reset the locked and non locked door set combination in the next try. It cant be count as 10 tries for 1 set of door combination.

Today I grinded Haku for 6 hours and rebuilt my first Seraph for the 4th time.

Fuck those damned CB INDO advertisements.. Our version is being flooded with Indonesian newbs because their version hasn't started.

Yes, there are usually Indonesians in this game. However, right now, we are flooded with them like cockroaches in a slummy motel with the lights off. Every game seems to be populated with triangle, diamond and pentagon Indos scoring 150 damage with 3k cost.
