Jesus Christ, the level up campaign still has another week.. I can't wait for this shit to end. They should only run this crap for seven days at a time. This campaign causes way too much room hopping.

I'm glad that the UC moe support bots have been removed from the shop. There numbers of unskilled healers are incredibly high. As soon as you hear the radio message go out that someone is repairing, the entire front line collapses and everyone runs back to get a free hug. I really think that arena would be a lot more fun without any repair bots, at all.

Most of the time I see medics ruining the team because they insist of being "combat medics" and heal in front of the red team while their team mate insist of not even shooting while sitting under the bit :V

combat medics shouldn't use fucking heal bits
pansy bitch medics should use heal bits and they should heal under the PS because otherwise it takes too long.

I think healing elsehere is fine to, IF IT ISN'T YOUR ENTIRE TEAM THAT RUNS aWAY AND THEN WAITS TILL THEIR HP ARE BACK TO 100%.

You can also use people with Burt Fire Bits to spead up th heals, but most of these seem to be busy being some cheesy alphag-sup :S

Playing a healer doesn't even feel worth it anymore. The shop Regina and Melfi can't outheal the gara supports now that people don't even want to sit under a bit to heal.

healing bit is perfectly fine if you're out of ammo. it's not a main method of healing, it's a backup.

but yes, combat medics shouldn't use it because other bits are more useful.

if classic healer, you can take that bit and be ok.

I agree with Winterminty that repair bits, when not at a PS, are worthless.

I've had several matches where a cowardly healer would sit in the back corner or at some far-off neighboring province to the side of the map.. and spam a single heal bit. (They were too yellow to even go to the PS when the team controlled 3/4 of the map.) In every single match that they were healing, (I played over ten in the room with them,) their team lost. They were drawing people off of the front lines and keeping them there for large amounts of time by only having a healing bit and not being under the PS.

I believe if all you have at your disposal to heal your team is a measly repair bit.. you shouldn't be healing. If there aren't any pink sparkly fields or shiny projectiles of distilled luvvin' involved.. don't bother; you're just dragging warriors off of the front lines. Your entire team, because of the lack of power at the front, is going to be pushed back and probably suffer casualties in the process.

Alternatively, they could sit a little ways behind the main force and heal there. The worst healers are the ones who aren't near the team.

EN could still work with heal bits (if they actually healed in the right places), but with JP, its a big nope. You're either a heartfi/trintia/Regina over there or else you won't get enough heals for your team to push with all them alphas/melees/etc.

But yeah, with almost everything in arena that can just take a chunk away from your hp, heal bits aren't really viable anymore.

'Cause they don't have as much ammo as the rest? Healing already gives little reward, and with those new healing machines around it's almost impossible to even compete. Farming for ammo doesn't make you very useful either. Especially if you're unlucky and nothing drops.

I really don't like Melfi has a non bit healer.
She's great when you are at bellow 100, but over that is suffering. Most just go, nope, you aren't dying, no arrow for you. And then I have to either die with more than half of the ammo still to be used, or just overrange everyone because there's no rushing lnds when you need them, and end up doing less damage than I would if I had more HP. (longer range = harder/slower to adjust position)
