Kururu. . .?

How should I play her? I've been experimenting for a while and I don't really know how to use her incredibly well. Anyone have any tips?

kururu is a low cost support gunner whose goal is to give extra DPS and stun power to the crowd divers, and then use the buff she gets from this to disable the enemy from a distance. She sits on the outside of a fight and harasses the enemy.

I wouldn't call her anywhere near OP, she's heavily reliant on actually having a team that isn't full of pansy bitches, which is hard to find in this meta of artillery and airs.

Her spike shooter runs out of ammo fairly quickly, IIRC. What do you do if you run out and still have a good amount of HP?

the same thing I do when I have ammo: put my bits on a teammate and then drop spike rain on the enemy.

you're priority isn't to run around shooting people. It's to find a nerd like omega.EXE or some other YAMATO DAMASHI headfirst rusher, put your bits on them, and then apply charge delay to people. If you have a chance to shoot someone with your spike shooter, go ahead and do so, but it's not the first priority.

here we are up against small teams(as in, not 15v15 arena matches) so I take shell supply/A since it's less likely for people to form groups for me to drop spikes on.

And check if your team have any melees.
