i totally don't understand about Sniping mode or Formation skill work.
my Hoverian got enough SP but he doesn't use it.

Sniping Mode's a self-buff.

Some skills need certain requirements to activate. Example: Blaze Shot needs 2 friendly units to be in the same row as the user, etc.

i put him in both center and back line, he doesn't seem to use it.

Odd. He should use it the second his gauge is full. You sure you equipped it?

hmmmm, I was under the impression snipe mode was active as long as the gauge was full, guess I was off. . .

seem i need to test more since i put Hov and 2 March in back line.

Also, if the enemy is doing a skill chain, your own charged skills have to wait till the enemy is done before you can execute. Your unit can get killed in the meantime, which is never fun.

It's not exactly good, but I find it pretty decent.
I seem to have too many Frog Landers and Turtlebackers. But I don't have a single Hound Dog or Mach Knight.

Shoving a JAG isn't really the best thing to do,
Since it ruins his range'd weapon's accuracy.
You're better off putting him in the center column or switching it with another bot.

Well its either the back row,
Or the center one.

Also another tip about Beez
Keep him in the center or back rows,
Unless you have a whole squad consisting of airs,
Then shove him in the front lines.

His internal weapon is useful in a sense you can pretty much go dual shield.
