Help me on building Saggitary Maxis?

I bought this guy way back when I was a newbie,
it was pretty fun blasting people with his railgun.

I lack Art in my commando and he's the only leveled Art
I have that isn't Destructor or Lily Rain atm.

Saggy build:

The LL bulk blast is for whenever an air get too close and for land,
well I hope I don't get to meet too much of those.

My part selection is pretty random so I'm not sure if they're the most efficient
and should I go for 40 tec instead or just focus on mobility? (wasn't sure of wlk breakpoint)

An extra 5 damage from 40 TEC won't really make much of a difference when you're going to only be shooting one clip per round.

I guess you do have a point there.

An extra question though, railgun is shell + blast properties right?
(the explosion seem beam-like so it kinda bothered me)

Railgun is shell actually. around 10-20% Blast (At least for Maxis I). Blast Railguns have more Blast than shell however..

btw

do you really need Beam Guard? D: Boost Run would've been better if you're using a WLK Type Maxis I. Not only taht, you've got an LL Bulk Blast to fend off any airs that get near you (Since you have broad radar and all)

about Saggy's railgun properties.

I don't know, the arena seem to be swarming with AG's from what people mentioned
and even without them around I still get bombarded by air the most when I was playing Support.

I can't gauge the boost run time at all for now,
so I often ran out of boost in the middle of battle.
