why i could not fill my date of birth for the survey ?

as the title said, i had a little bit of trouble. My birthday is 1996-5-25, so i just filled in the column and pressed NEXT BUTTON, but nothing changed. It still required me to fill my birthday in, i did many times, but could not move to the next step. Did i do wrong or not in the order ?
