Vanguard I would understand since he can combo and he's already overpowered as hell, at least back then, with the power gain. Not to mention the the range was 40 and that was like, the farthest reach from a melee back then outsideof Haku's sword.

I guess I shouldn't be too surprise with Slyvia with slow but still didn't think most people do that nowadays since everyone is hoping for highest power possible as well as farthest reach possible.

Ivis on the otherhand, i am surprise. Momiji blitz tuned with slow get 1 out of 15 hits if lucky so I can't imagine how much luck it would take to land a slow on someone with Reine(although that was only with 1 slow tune but I can't imagine any1 tuning 3x slow. 2x maybe but it's a pretty big sacrifice.)

I tuned my Sylvia x3 slow and it is so much better than x3 GG(Its like I dont need to have 30+ wlk inorder to do well).

You really don't need to because your downwards swing is enough to catch them anyways.
I have mine with Short Boost, Quick Land for easy maneuverability on any land terrain and it allows me to be elusive when running away from stuff.
