31+ fly, large bazooka and get a lot of health. Drop the legs as the shock is really short to be useful on amything besides rotten lemures

What about Carts, which should I choose apart from adding Capacity?

Short boost/float dash, broad radar, all eiws, and possibly quick recovery.

Racla field should be enough for shock. Get a damage dealing weapon like Mega Beam Gun or Lbaz. assault joint is a waste of cost, so drop it. If you're going to tune tec, leave at least 1 str for hypershot (or heal I guess). Otherwise, keep it balanced at 10 or so. He could use more hp because he's a fat target without stun regain. 31 is a fly breakpoint. I don't know what Full Exhaust is idklol.

That thing is horrible for a bsj. Actually every single bsj (flags aren't counted) except moulin bsj sucks. Take that Bsj off, he doesn't need the slots and you're gaining unnecessary cost.

Also, how can you not figure it out after what CAV has already said, is beyond me.

Let me point out the specifics for what CAV had said:

1. Choose a Movement Cart of your choice, float dash or short boost (you can only get one), Broad Radar to see enemies and help allies, all his EIW/internal carts for more shock field ammo, and if you can fit it, put in quick recovery.

2. Use better parts that gives stats that are relevant to what you're aiming for.

3. Tune fly first, 31 / 34 / 38 are the last three breakpoints for fly, you would want to hit one of them. Tune tec if you want, just don't let his Str hit 0, so that you can use repair bit/burstfire bit. Lastly he's a big phatty, so try to get some hp into him.

Noted on this. So anyway, I've change the setup a bit. But I still prefer using Shock Bazooka Mod.
