Yeah, basically at 40 TEC your first hit with the rifle (shop) won't be more than 30-38 dmg, then the second one would be for like 24, and the last between 17-20

The main feature of Rinka is the jamming that she can do with her rifle, but >GARA

She's a nice core though, BR at level 1, nice selection of mobility carts, etc

I feel like I wasted the 10 bucks on her then ;__;

She will be better without that 'beta' sniper,
make her hopper with bazooka and way you go.
