Some how I got that Rinka but without her rifle for some reason Mad

I don't remember where I got her or if she came with a rifle or was a nerfed no rifle freebie since i didn't sold her rifle for uc or ouka points.

This is My build for UC Rinka + MR Rifle (Blast Railgun Rinka rifle) because i dont have the Good ones.

Rinka:

I don't use mobility Carts because i have backflip Slash. But i don't know if i need "Sniper sight" for Sniper Mode. Should i keep it or change it for something else (blast G, beam G or Mobility) ?
