Google trans is pretty good for german I guess, but there's a mistake, I'll try to elaborate:

Pretty as in "pretty tough" = ganz or "ziemlich". "Ganz" can be translated in many different english words (whole, very, pretty, etc) and usually is used if something is absolutely certain. Ziemlich means almost the same but is not as strong as "ganz".

If you meant to call me a pretty onion or beautiful onion "hübsch" would be the correct translation I think. It's sorta working as a synonym for "schön" (beautiful), but on a more informal level than that. My grandma called flowers "hübsch", little girls might state that a random female is "hübsch", etc. It's almost never used in poetry or song lyrics I think. Other translations I could find are: nifty, cute, handsome, nice, bonnily, neat and cute. It's that kind of word. Since "Zwiebel" is considered a female word ("die Zwiebel"), the translation should have been "Herr Hübsche Zwiebel". It's important to note that in a case like this, the gender of the addressed person doesn't determine the correct form of an adjective: it's still "hübsche", because of the female article of Zwiebel.
