Monica Gold Build Revision

I posted a Ult. Monica Gold Build a while ago, and Suguri pointed out the cost bloat, so I've been trying to revise it with less cost. This was the original build:

I traded some of the weapon tune cost for better stats, a slightly different Cart selection, and slightly less range/speed/ammo on the main cannon. The stats on the cannon are as follows on the first build:
Force: 33
Ammo: 65
Range: 340
Speed: 416

And the stats for the new build:
Force: 33
Ammo: 55
Range:340
Speed: 400
Feedback would be nice.

Ditch TGH tunes. 7 TGH is fine for her. H.Supply can take a hike too. Possibly upgrade to H.Capa and go 31 fly.

Interesting... That seems sort of counter-intuitive, but we'll see if anyone else feels the same.

You'll want to tune both weapons, and TGH honestly won't change performance wise a noticable amount between 9-12

Okay, so ditch the TGH tunes, and tune the second weapon. What should I be putting on it?
