Here's the first build Winty was talking about:

Honestly this is what I would do.

And you need 5 zero carts, the first cart is the first Meluc cart for the Meluc/Vox path, then there is a cart for Meluc Lv2, a cart for Meluc Lv3, a cart or Vox Lv1, and a cart for Vox Lv2.

You get Lv1 Meluc by default. (yeah, apparently my and Kray's long discussion about the zero carts went pretty unnoticed)

Also, negative FLY with Quick Jump gets you the default slow jumping altitude as if you had 1 FLY, if I remember correctly.
