Trying to build a Rouche, this is what I come up with:

I could probably replace the high power alpha on there with 3 power tunes to get her str/tec ratio to 21/21 rather than 20/20.
I don't tend to run with Accel Roll so that's out of the question.
Just wondering if this is a decent enough set to run with.

I'd keep it at 20/20. Even though you'll hit a bit harder at 21 tec, the size doesn't increase at 21 str.

If you're confident with hitting things with a single great rapid beta, great! Since you have leftover cap, maybe you can fit in a Force tune.

Last EIW is far more useful than tough wonder bit, shield bit will get destroyed with a couple of melee attacks anyways.

That and I would try to find a way to fit quick land (31 fly is fine).

implying that there isnt a major difference between a single and "a couple of" meleehit(s)

anyways, i agree with eiw#2 being really important on this bot, but that shouldnt be an issue considering the bot is only level 9 (and if you want quickland, dropping broad radar might be a good idea)

Well, this is a toughy, as trying to fit in all these carts and tunes to maximize everything turned out to be incredibly difficult to achieve.
However, I tried revising the build to work for myself, so here's the build I might end up having to do if I need to:

The only one problem with this build is that I do not have a mini dress ivis in my possession so it's not possible for me to build quite yet.

uhhhh I can help you with the mini dress Ivis, she should be common though.........

Anyways, 20/20 is fine. As for the fly..........I'll go with 38 this time on rouche. Jp tends to REALLY tunnel the hell out mines. (Plus since its this server 38 should be able to let you get away from gay meta melees).

Just my opinion, but then you would have to capa tune and I don't think you would want to.
31 will be fine, just be alot more careful since all melees think a Rouche is free fag here in this gay server.

I would prefer removing tough wonder bit for more HP tunes, since on epoch rouches will get hunted down by just almost every offense fragger, or you can add more weapon tunes.
