Welp, ouka is about the only melee I'll ever tune. So here is something I put together really quick. I didn't think too much so meh. Left it at lvl 8 too lol.

@Topic: you probably already know this, but I'll still mention it: never ever use great tunes unless you got shittons of spare capa and want to do EX for extra HP.

The extra 25 capacity is because Ouka Scarlet isn't in Bleadcalc yet - her new sword costs 25 more than the original.

oh, didnt look that far into it, i assumed its allready with the adjusted cost levels

well, personally i would just drop even more strengh to fit it in but whatever Very Happy

Sway and Shortboost are interchangeble. I'd give serious consideration to both, though. Both definately have their pros and cons, especially on Ouka.

Bit can be whatever. I've personally used a statue bit for a while when I have some, if anything they're a meatsheild.

Unfortunately Trill, I didn't like stealth system. Other dumb melees see me anyways so, ehhh.
I know it keeps me off radar, but again broad overrides this. D:

I don't like 3 CV either 2 is magic number for me in revenge tunes.

Right now..........I'm thinking on switching to short boost.

I have sway right now, it works but usually my combo does enough to kill the enemy and stun them.
